Is there a way to look at retention by first product ordered?

The CSD provides this functionality by grouping product together into a sub_channel using SKU(s) as the attribute.

Steps

1. Go to the CSD's "Channel Mapping" tab. 2. Input the SKU(s) to track under the "Value" column. See screenshot below for example. 3. In the "Retention" report, select sub_channel from the filter_name , the first order will appear in the filter_value list after the data refresh.
