Currently Source Medium looks at both the ReCharge raw data and tags. If we see a subscriber status indicated as inactive in the ReCharge raw data we are able to join this information on the customer level. This allows us to say if a customer is active, inactive, or dunning. ReCharge raw data is supplemental to their tagging system.
The discrepancy can be caused by numerous things, including but not limited to:
- Legacy subscription services (those provided from a previous service)
- ReCharge bugs
