Follow this integration guide to connect your Gorgias data to Source Medium.
Requirements
- Account Administrator access to send access invite for Source Medium or to pull API keys directly.
Steps
Option 1
- Retrieve your Gorgias API credentials
- Sign into your Gorgias Account
- Click the user menu (person icon) in the bottom left corner
- Click Store Settings
- On the Store Settings page, click on General Settings
- Locate the API Credentials section
2. Share these API credentials with integrations@sourcemedium.com
Option 2
- Provide Admin access to integrations@sourcemedium.com and will handle the API key steps!
