Can Source Medium pull data from Unbounce subdomains?

Overview

We can, in a sense that we can pull it from GA. It is recommended that cross domain is set up properly in GA then the sessions and UTM data will be captured. Otherwise, it will break sessions going from Unbounce to Shopify.
