• You can submit a ticket here or by clicking the Feedback & Support button at the top right of your Source Medium report. We have analysts ready to assist you from 9AM - 8PM EST

If you have an active trial account

• Request a call to see how to use your trial data and configuration abilities
• Request a churn analysis of the data available in your account

If you do not have an account

• Request a demo for a general overview to see any and all possible data sources and discuss recommendations of how to customize Source Medium
