Total Revenue
The total revenue metric is defined as gross revenue - discount - refund + shipping + tax. Currently, total revenue is only available in the "Executive Summary" report.
Gross revenue
For other dashboards and reports, we use net revenue as the default, which is defined as gross revenue - discount - refund. If you wish to see gross revenue instead of net revenue, we can switch them in the following reports:
- YoY Performance
- Retention
- Retention Lifetime Value
- Retention - Repurchase Analysis
- Order - Deep Dive
- Product Performance
- Subscriptions (currently in BETA version)
- Influencer - Deep Dive
net revenue before refund
The Net Revenue before refund metric is defined as gross revenue - discount. It is available in the following reports:

- YoY
