Troubleshooting Subscription Data Issues (public)

Common reasons for data discrepancies between subscription platforms and your Source Medium report:

  • Incomplete Migrations:
    • Migrations that missed customers or orders.
  • Incorrect tagging or missing tags:
    • Migrated customers left without correct tags. (if the subscription platform uses Order/Customer tags)
    • Previous platform tags left intact after migration.
    • Multiple first subscription order tags.
    • Customers left untagged during the migration or after first order through new platform.
  • Historic issues
    • Orders imported with wrong historic dates.
    • Orders/customers imported all on one day.
