Unknown Data Source
In our reports, each chart and table make their own SQL request, which can be quite intense. The backend handles it really well 99% of the time, but timeouts do happen.
- A quick way to resolve the issue is do a browser refresh by pressing the F5 key or click on the circular arrow next to the URL bar at the top of the browser.
- Another possible cause for this issue is that the Google Cloud Platform is experiencing some backend issues. If the browser refresh doesn't fix the problem, please slack us a message.
