If you are trying to view retention using a filter, you will need to:
- Select a value under the
filter_name - Select a value under the
filter_valuein order for the dashboard to report the correct data. Having no value selected underfilter_valuewill result in duplicated data.
In the below screenshot, we first select "discount_codes" from the filter_namesection, then we pick one of the available values from the filter_value
dropdown.
